Pink Roses

Hello
So much for scheduling posts, can't blame Mr. Blogger as I left everything as drafts.  Welcome to my newest followers.  So nice to have you.

Sorry I haven't been by to visit much, trying as time permits but...  I'll be 'round eventually.

I really like the look of script as a background but don’t have a script stamp so I printed a birthday poem in gray onto pink card stock. I hadn’t planed to make two identical cards but since I had the remaining printed background and the other half of doily I went with it. They are identical save for the charms. I’ve been hoarding those charms for so long I don’t remember where I got them. My image is a very old Hero Arts stamp called Ribboned Rose. Colored with pencils and cut with SB Labels Four again.

Those Labels Four dies are certainly getting a work out. First on my list of I Wants are more SB rectangular shaped dies. Hopefully I’ll get some with my craft fair earnings.

The Closet is cleaned.  Yahoo!!!  I'll share photos soon.  In the mean time I've still got some personal cards to make before I dive into the craft fair items.
Blessings
Bernie

  8. Bernie, you clever girl, to get TWO cards done. These are so lovely, soft looking, and I like your idea of printing on the pink card stock. One I will try to remember. Great idea, because you could print up whatever was appropriate for the card, then do some stamping over. THANKS! TFS for sharing the beautiful cards too. Hugs
