Happy 4th of July!!

Hi Crafty Friends!  Here's wishing my fellow Americans a very Happy Independence Day! Although fireworks are illegal in our area it seems there are those who can’t be stopped and they have begun early as I can hear them now.  Our Daughter has only just had her LAST Chemo therapy treatment(Hooray!) and isn't quite up to celebrating yet so we have postponed our usual family get together and BBQ until she can enjoy it with us.  She has a long list of favorite foods she is looking forward to and I've promised her I will prepare all of it and more, whatever she wants.  We are looking forward to seeing her well again.

For my card today I stamped the sentiment, masked it then stamped over it with a Seaside Stampin’ Ink stamp called C# Minor. I pieced the star then layered it. I tucked a little silver curling ribbon under the star and some homemade baker’s twine to finish.

Thanks for stopping by.
Have An Amazing Day
Blessings
Bernie

  1. Happy Independence Day Bernie! Fab card and great to hear that Donna has finished the chemo. AND, you mean you made the bakers twine yourself? I'm kinda guessing how but it would be good if you share the secret :) Big hugs, have a great day - Di xx
